How do I add more signs to my plan?
You can add or remove Signs from your account at any time. If you add additional signs you will automatically be billed for each additional sign you add at a rate of the plan you are in. If you add a sign half way through the month, you will only be billed for the remainder of the month. If you remove a sign from your account, your rate will be reduced for the un-used portion of the month/year.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
You are free to cancel your plan at any time through the Manage Account section of your dashboard. When you cancel your account, your signs will be deactivated and show a friendly message. Your slides will not be lost, however you will no longer be able to access your account. You are free to upgrade your account again at any time to continue to manage your signs and content.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No, you can sign up for free and no credit card is required which gives you access to most Premium plan features for 14 days. Any time during your 14 day trial you can upgrade you account. After 14 days if you have not upgraded, your premium trial will expire and your signs will display a friendly message. You are free to upgrade your account again at any time to continue restore your signs, slides, and content.
How long are the contracts?
To keep it simple we offer monthly and yearly agreements. If you sign up for a monthly agreement, the contract length is one month and you are automatically billed on a monthly basis. If you sign up for a yearly agreement, you are billed once for the year and automatically billed annually.
Do I need a MangoSign box to use your software?
Nope, you are free to use your own hardware if you have a device that is compatible. Head on over to our support center to check out some of the devices we recommend. You can also visit our players page to download players for Android / Windows / Chrome and Fire TV devices.
How are my payment details stored?
We take personal information and payment details very seriously, which is why we use Stripe to handle and process our checkout flows. You can ensure your payment details are fully secure. All transactions are PCI DSS compliant and the data never even passes through our servers.
